Snow Day

Today both Chad and I didn't have to work due to the snow day. It was a great day! We got up early to "prove" to our eyes that snow was really here. Then we opened the blinds and laid in bed together watching the snow fall, and listening to our neighbors kids play in it. It was exciting to think the next time (which could be 3 more years!) we have snow, our little one will be out running around in it! We watched the Obama inauguration and laid around most of the day. For about 2 and a half hours the snow came down pretty hard. Since it wasn't below freezing it didn't stick long. Man it's going to be hard to get up early and go back to work tomorrow! At least it will be for only 3 days :)
