The List of Importants

We are preparing to take our first road trip with Brayden! I have probably over packed for him, but I don't want to get 15 hours away and not have everything I need! I have his clothes, formula, diapers, you know...the necessities. I am also taking his bouncer, nice stroller, and baby carrier. To all my mommy friends-anything you think we should take besides the obvious basics? I'd love to hear your advice about packing!

The first time we traveled with Austin I forgot his bottle brush and it was really difficult to wash his bottles without it. Also, we almost always forget to pack the monitor until the last minute. Finally, I don't know if the place you're headed is noisy, but when we stay in a hotel I always pack a small fan to create some white noise in our room and drown out some of the sounds. It really seems to help us all sleep better, actually! Hope this helps & enjoy your trip!

Bring a bath-tub and don't forget your dishwasher baskets for your bottle cleaning. They also make throw away diaper changing mats that you can use when you have to stop on the road to change a diaper. I have used those alot! Those restrooms are NASTY! Most of the time, I just put one of the mats in the front seat and change her there. If I think of anything else, I will let you know!
